All prices in our store do not include shipping charges. We offer USPS, UPS and Federal Express services at their cost which is available at the website of the mail or courier service of choice. Please include information about your shipping service selection when you place your order, and you will receive an additional invoice from us for shipping. Your order will ship as soon as we receive your payment.
We accept returns of all the items purchased in our on-line store located at westcoastleathers.com
If you would like to cancel your order placed on our site or if you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return it, please contact us and we will provide you with return address. We will refund your full price of the item(s), if you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
All returns must be in its original, unused condition. We also accept returns of defective products due to manufacturer’s fault.
Please send us back your order together with a covering note in its original condition and packaged securely. We recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items to us. You will have to cover the cost of shipping, but if the problem is a result of our error, we will pay your freight back to you. We will issue you a full refund of the price you paid for the disc within 10 working days of receiving the returned merchandise.
